Shipping
For UK Destination
We use Royal Mail Recorded delivery and Special delivery services for all our shipping. Under normal circumstances your item will be dispatch within 24 hours. Please allow 2-3 working days for your order to arrive subject to Royal Mail delivery service.
- Recorded Delivery: All deliveries are charged at Royal Mail standard recorded delivery plus a handling fee of 75 pence for packaging materials. When the item has being sent, you will receive a confirmation email and Royal Mail Tracking Number. All parcels sent via this service are insured up to £30 with Royal Mail.
- Special Delivery: All deliveries are charged at Royal Mail standard Special delivery plus a handling fee of 75 pence for packaging materials. When the item has being sent, you will receive a confirmation email and Royal Mail Tracking number. All parcels sent via this service are insured up to £500 with Royal Mail.
For International/Worldwide Destination - Please allow 5-7 working days for your order to arrive subject to payment clearance. Under normal circumstances your item will be dispatch within 24 hours. For the rest of the world destination, we use Royal Mail Airmail International Signed For service. All deliveries are charged at Royal Mail standard Airmail International Signed For service plus a handling fee of 75 pence for packaging materials. When the item has being sent, you will receive a confirmation email of your order status.
If you order products from our site for delivery outside the UK ,they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches your specified destination. We have no control over such charges and cannot advise on the likely amount you could be charged. We advise you to check your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
In order to provide customer with the cheapest combine postage, all shipping rates are calculated base on the total weight of orders including packaging. Shipping cost is not negotiable.
Returns
To return a faulty item to expertconsole.com, please send an email with your name, address, order number, item description, item value and reason for return to our HelpDesk for return authorization. Please indicate the item you are returning, the reason for your return and order number in the email.
Once you have confirmation from us to return, simply return it back to us, include the invoice with your return, and wrap the package securely. (Usually the bubble envelope in that they arrive in can be used for the return) and please include a description of why the product is been returned.
IMPORTANT: PLEASE SEND REGISTERED POST ONLY. We will replace a faulty product with the same item or refund back to your credit card if the product is no longer available. Please note that our returns policy is only valid for 72 hours from receipt of goods.
Refunds
Refund policy only offered to any transaction made by mistakes or the related product is faulty and we are unable to secure a new replacement for you. You may return any unused item within 72 hours of receiving it for a refund. We will refund to your credit card once we have received and processed the item (please allow up to 72 hours).
Exchanges and Testing
we cannot exchange products unless you received faulty goods or the wrong item is received incorrectly. We do test every single returned good. If a returned product is found not to be faulty by our independent test centre we will return the same product to you at your own cost.
